退款政策

Refunds will be provided on the following basis in line with Australian consumer law.

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the arrival of the order by the recipient. We cannot guarantee acceptance of a return after this timeframe.

Any returned item must be returned as-is. On the very rare occasion that an item is damaged by Australia post please provide photo evidence as soon as possible and we can initiate a return process and provide an appropriate refund. Do not attempt to open any damaged parcel as this could impact a return and refund claim.

If the incorrect item is sent please return it sealed for the correct item or a full refund if that item is no longer available. 


As per Australian consumer law, refunds on change of mind are at the discretion of Mint Collectables. All sales are final and refunds may not be given if you change your mind after purchase, this includes changes in your personal circumstances. 

Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for accidental orders or for items purchased in error. Customers are responsible for ensuring all product details are reviewed and confirmed prior to completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final.

All Preorder sales are also final, we don’t provide refunds on a change of mind basis for Preorder items. If a sufficient issue occurs such as severe changes in the release date, all order cancellations and refunds will be considered at the discretion of the Mint Collectables team.

Please note that order cancellations may incur a 10% restocking/cancellation fee to cover processing and handling costs involved in a cancellation.


Order Limits & Cancellation Policy

 

To ensure fair access to products and maintain availability for all customers, we may enforce maximum order limits on selected items or across orders.


If a customer places an order that exceeds our stated order limits, we reserve the right to cancel the order in full or in part at our discretion.


In the event of such a cancellation, a fee may be applied to recover reasonable non-refundable costs incurred during the transaction. These fees are as follows:


  • 2% for standard card payments (Visa/Mastercard)
  • 3% for American Express (Amex) payments
  • 7% for Afterpay transactions



These fees reflect payment processing and associated costs that are not recoverable by us once the transaction has been processed.

 

Grading Card Purchase Limit Policy

To ensure equitable distribution of products and to protect the integrity of our inventory, a strict limit of five (5) grading cards per customer per order applies to all purchases made via our website.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order that exceeds this stated maximum, or where we reasonably believe multiple orders have been placed to circumvent this restriction.

In the event that an order is cancelled for breaching this policy, the customer acknowledges and agrees that non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from any refund issued. Applicable fees include:

  • 2% for payments made via Visa or Mastercard
  • 3% for payments made via American Express or PayPal
  • 7% for payments made via Afterpay

These fees represent costs incurred by us which are not recoverable upon transaction reversal.

Missing Hits or factory damaged cards
Please contact the appropriate manufacturer via their customer service department with proof of purchase and follow their advice.
